some of these will already be posted but as I am trying to organize them for my
site I thought it would be a good idea to make sure they are all uploaded to here
as well.
If my quick skim reading was right its implies organophosphorus toxicology studies on pesticides showed OP can lead to as they called it cannabinoid syndrome.
āMAGL controls 2-arachidonoyl glycerol level and inhibition causes cannabinoid syndrome (OPs 3 and 14)ā
The source cited #14 seems like it would be the most interesting for the topic imo
Casida JE, Nomura DK, Vose SC, Fujioka K. 2008. Organophosphate-sensitive lipases modulate brain
lysophospholipids, ether lipids and endocannabinoids. Chem.-Biol. Interact. 175:355ā64
Chlorpyrifos oxon (CPO) (Figure 2, OP 3) and, in particular,
dodecyl sarin (Figure 2, OP 14) are potent monoacylglycerol lipase (MAGL) inhibitors leading
to the cannabinoid syndrome under conditions in which 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) accumulates on MAGL inhibition (Figure 6; Figure 7, substrate 4). Although it is not a glycerol ester
hydrolase such as MAGL, fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH) which acts on the arachidonic acid
amide anandamine (Figure 7, substrate 5), is also important in the cannabinoid system and is sensitive to several OP pesticides and their analogs (42ā44).
This paper goes in on 2-AG and MAGL + FAAH inhibition. Doesnt seem to be CHS going on there though.
To my smooth brain it sounds like the first study about pesticides shows the 2-AG build up while MAGL is inhibited from build up is doing something strange. While in the other study 2-AG is not causing CHS. The more I read the second study it makes me question if FAAH/ MAGL inhibition treatments could reset 2-AG levels and production in CHS cases and if there is any connection there at allā¦
Im on edibles as always and just spit balling smooth brain shit
I prefer them separate personally but for a solution to download all Iād think several of the download managers out there would work great. IDM or Internet Download Manager for me is quite easy to use its features to download all from the forum. Actually this is one of the best places it works without attempting to download bullshit from ads or hidden click through.
Just thought Iād offer a work around that may be helpful.
If I am translating āsquigsonianā correctly, he had no effect from his synthetic product, but after using whatever hash given to him on the street, he experienced psychoactive effects when consuming the synthetic.
Iām just digging brethren. At times it is hard to navigate from the bottom of a rabbit hole and one thinks they are close to another hole but could be far from it.
This is even more difficult with a shovel as dull as mineā¦
