I need one that shoots the spray against the walls and sight glass- not down at all-, I believe this is called a 180 degree or 150 degree? Please advise

I make a unique nozzle for chroma we can modify into stainless for you.
Why not do a full cone?
You’ll get better distribution through the tube then using the wall

Have you considered a concept like aeroponics where the fine mist stream is generated by forcing a high pressure jet of liquid directed at a 90° surface?
No nozzle needed.
