Solvent Free Extraction Company?

Hi guys,

I was wondering if anyone has insight on the requirements for a legal solventless extraction company.

Let’s say there are enough cultivation in my area that I can just setup a hash and rosin lab and charge for extraction.

Anyone have insight on requirements to make something like that happen? Would the requirements be different if my operation was different? No growing/retail or hydrocarbon extraction, just water and traceable cannabis.

Any and all insight is greatly appreciated

Would I also need a cannabis license? Since there is no plants or retail, my initial guess is no but I’m not sure

ROFL :man_facepalming: :sweat_smile: you would have acquired an answer quicker and with more detail through googling your states law and regulations, but the short answer is yes if you want to be an actual company and pay actual taxes then you have to have an actual license.
