I remember that HX. Did you upgrade to something else? Someone should be happy with this HX. And it’s fully open, not halfway like other brands. Easier for dry ice dumping.

Same here, its feeling just like prior to 08. I got more work than i can even come close to doing, no ones reliable or very good out here so there a huge space to fill. Get into commercial maintenance contracts if you can there a license to steal I love them.
That’s so fucked up. Did you ever do any intellectual property lawsuit against any businesses that copied your design? Surely you have a CAD? Not saying you didn’t design it. I’m saying that’s pretty damn good evidence that it’s your design.

Definitely know the feeling, if there good there unreliable or there reliable and no good then 50/50 there a tweaker. If you get your GC, look into the commercial side of it. I get 75-125 an hr with a 2 hr minimum and pretty much recession proof, if the local hospitals and HUD buildings start closing I got bigger problems. Congrats on getting outta the weed game.
I guess I hit the jackpot (but i feel your frustration)… i don’t even have to show up at this point… but since we produce a million doses per month. I absolutely feel the need to poke my nose in on things every now and then.
I suggest hiring OLDER FOLKS… not snot nose brats… and paying them well… like adults get paid… seems to be a successful story for us!

I dont hire anyone under 40-45 but mostly i do it all myself when possible or just sub it out and take a cut I really enjoy not hunting for new jobs all the time and its honestly very easy work with a beyond flexible schedule so i cant complain. Very steady and profitable
I dont hire anybody under 28… and thats cutting it close… 32 and up have been the best for us…
