This unit has been tested and is functional, but has the following known issues:

Missing Display Cover: The clear plastic protective lens for the LCD screen is missing (as shown in photos). The LCD itself is functional and clear, but is currently exposed.

Loose Left Probe Port: The connection port on the left side of the handheld unit is loose.

Tested & Working: The right-hand probe port is in good condition and fully functional. The included HC2-AW probe was tested on this port and provides active, accurate readings for both water activity (aw) and temperature (°F/°C).

Cosmetic Wear: The outer casing shows signs of professional use (minor scuffs and scratches).
