i was wondering if you could give me a basic rundown on stages of operating this type of system?
and what a realistic throughput can be expected?
This unit has sold.
It is an older pre centrifuge system, we were able to extract 35lbs in about 18 minutes. But then you have to run it through a centrifuge to get the remaining solution out of the biomass. We were running at -40 so we needed dwell time for our recovered ethanol, and we would process about 840 lbs in 18 hours.
