I take offense to that. Your machines are still in use I’ve definitely just abused them already.
I’d like to put my money behind @vapejet in this bet…
But we’d need to do 10k units in a day and have my team behind it. Any under filled defect adds a minute.
In a perfect world: two machines/competitors, same carts, same fill material. Maybe 10-100 carts to practice / setup before competition, but I could also understand unlimited setup.
Same with Hash/Lab Wars, getting both places the same material I think is the logistical ‘hard part’.
But in reality if you’re going you’ve already set up.
I’d like to see 10 different carts being filled, 20 different skus in total.
I’m being very facetious, the rules of this competition will determine the winner not the machine itself. The cart farmer can’t even fill some of the carts very well because of how the carts have to be filled. The cart farmer also goes way faster than the @vapejet on certain types of carts. I’m not really a fan boy of any machine, I’ve had most of the machines except the 100k automated ones.
There’s another machine I’ve been working on that will outperform both if you factor in labor. It may go slower, but you only need 1 person to fill and cap.
This is coming from someone with now 4 Vape Jets and 4 cart farmers for what it’s worth. I pretty much buy 1 of each everytime I’m trying to expand.
I’d be happy too. I already have the real data. Repeatability leads to sustainability of work flow. I’ll provide the 10 most common carts used and you have to have a team switch between carts viscosities and volume without any input from the machine maker or operation manager.
In your humble opinion, it sounds like you are saying each machine is good for it’s own thing. aka ‘the rules define the winner’. Do you mind going into further detail, and hopefully we can come up with some somewhat fair rules OR give each machine credit for being best in it’s department.
Lol in your humble opinion never heard that one before.
Situation 1: It’s you and your two best friends. You just pooled all your money together and lied to a potential customer saying your filling operation was already operational. You go buy 5000 knock off c cells. You go buy true terpenes gorilla glue because that’s what you sold him on saying it was cannabis derived. @cart.farm wins here every time in speed cost and everything.
Situation 2: You already white label for 20 brands. Your workers are becoming dumber and dumber as the smarter ones rose to the top and got more responsibility. You’re wondering how one of your workers managed to break a steel on steel weld. This is the third HSW they’ve broken in two months. You need a machine that’s simple to use, can switch between brands easily, and will keep the flow going no matter what. @vapejet will win.
Edit: I hate that I have to say this but these situations are exaggerated to prove a point. These also may or may not be things that have actually happened.
There is a major canna company that may be in legal actions against a member here that uses entire cart farmers like disposable syringes. I imagine they keep the husks in a vault with supreeme gear that they dive in like scrooge mcduck
Of course not, it was designed to be run by the #2 in the operation while #1 mans the homogenizer and microwave. Our slower employees are armed with socket wrenches and garbage bags
