So how are these delta-8 and other cannabinoids company's shipping to houses with the pact act?

So I see a lot of hemp company’s shipping single products of vapes to people in the mail. I thought the pact act stopped the shipping of all vapes nicotine/cbd/ and all cannabinoids to house address.

I am asking because I cant find anything online about it except saying no personal house address

Seeing if there’s a way to work on DTC for the company on top of finding head shop and hemp store to buy and sell them our product the pact act seems like it stops all vapes CBD/hemp vapes being shipped in the mail and that impacts the DTC sales

Thank you!

( Sorry if this seems like a dumb question)
(If this is in the wrong category, sorry, you can move it )

I’m gonna make a guess that they are lying about what’s in the box.

The biggest issue is enforcement. The USPS vape mail ban was postponed because they have zero way to enforce it. If I remember correctly there was an update on this a couple months back, but I do not remember what.

I have posted about this before.

Shopify provides regional shippers to handle this.

Is it not that easy?

If anyone is shipping vapes over-seas please chime in, or shoot a Dm

Almost no one complies with the pact act.

Do you? I am curious.

Is there a reason Shopify’s system doesn’t work or is not compliant?

I’ve asked a few large hemp vape retailers this question…

So from what I am seeing online and on here is that its 100% illegal to ship CBD/hemp vapes in the mail. You are risking like 3 years of jail time and a big money fine just to ship CBD/hemp vapes. If you get caught doing it.

All of these company’s are just taking a risk shipping out their products to end users.

I am so surprised tho that 3chi and other hemp company’s that their lawyers would approve the shipping such a thing you know?

Seems like they are dodging the question

Where did you get 3 years jail time?

A knowing violation of the PACT Act can carry a three-year prison sentence and can result in a $5,000 fine for the first offense and a $10,000 fine for subsequent offenses. (15 USC 377.) Additionally, sellers can be fined in an amount equal to 2% of the gross sales of “cigarettes” (which, again, includes ENDS used with any substance) for a one-year period ending on the date of the violation.

3chi etc’s lawyers will probably tell them whatever guarantees them billable hours.

The lawyer isn’t facing liability here for breaking the law

A good portion of these companies (at least used to) sell hot product too.

Most of the d8 boys are kidding about any of this being on the level. They are just trapping

3Chi pays their lawyers yearly, not hourly so I disagree.

Yes, and that turns to hourly if they get arrested :stuck_out_tongue:

Any lawyer telling them to ship hot product, or mail carts is taking them for a ride

Right that’s what I’m saying. They wouldn’t risk that I don’t think.

They use PACT compliant shipping for carts(at least for the 3chi brand). One of the only ones I’m aware of
