So anyone hear anything new with d8 after the comment period has now ended?

Haven’t heard any new DEA rulings or comments now that the public comment period has come to an end. Figured they’d make a new announcement or something.

Do you think crack dealers wrote the framework for the D8 argument? “It’s not really coke anymore so it’s legal right?”. Jokes. Sorry.

the argument is the DEA has no authority to change/enforce a federal bill put into place by congress. The farm bill states “all extracts, parts, etc. of the hemp plant are no longer schedule 1 and supersede any DEA rules”.
So if that is in fact true the DEA’s new rulings legally cannot change the farm bill
