Every state around texas has some form of legal cannabis. Just a few dickheads holding everything up, its only a matter of time.
I was in Houston in March and they have smoke shops and hemp outlets on every block. I walked into a smoke shop and picked up some THC-O for while i was in town. I have to admit, traveling to TX, I was too chicken to bring anything on my flight.
