Skittles curbs Zkittlez

I wonder if this has anything to do with it. trying to take out their competition maybe?

They’re probably gonna get off easy and just forced to rebrand imo. Unless they have substantial money

They probably should but knowing those guys and there rep company kept it might have all gone up in smoke

Actually, LL Bean has modified that guarantee: Special Conditions

To protect all our customers and make sure that we handle every return or exchange with reasonable fairness, we cannot accept a return or exchange (even within one year of purchase) in certain situations, including:

  • Products damaged by misuse, abuse, improper care or negligence, or accidents (including pet damage)
  • Products showing excessive wear and tear. Products differ, but generally, wear and tear is considered excessive if the product is nearing the end of its practical use, or just looks heavily-worn
  • Products lost or damaged due to fire, flood, or natural disaster
  • Products with a missing label or label that has been defaced
  • Products returned for personal reasons unrelated to product performance or satisfaction
  • Products that have been soiled or contaminated, until they have been properly cleaned
  • Returns on ammunition either in our stores or through the mail
  • On rare occasions, past habitual abuse of our Return Policy
  • Products purchased from third party sellers (Items purchased at one of our retail partners must be returned to them and are subject to their return policies).

Definitely can be done cheaper, but the attorney route provides services beyond just getting the TM. Part of that service is generating a search report for commonlaw usage and analyzing your risk of liability in the future. You can for example get a trademark accepted by the uspto and still see liabilities in the future that may have been avoided. I dunno, I’m definitely not an attorney. I did ask our legal team what the value of going through them was and left feeling satisfied knowing they are searching usage beyond just the uspto registry.

That is actually a really good idea. Simply using a mark in business provides regional trademark protection without any government registration.

Glad i more than stocked up awhile back right before they stoped shipping bulk to customers. 50k count boxes are a thing of the past, still gotta figure/risk it to get all my hardware from the east coast. I could only imagine the head lines in a place like kansas

it says she eats 25 mg usually- she fed it to her daughter. I had a buddy who gave lsd to his pet mouse? And now as an adult he said he tripped with his dog to cure the dogs paranoia? The dog cant be near anyone or it wants to bite after tripping. I got that cali packaging off amazon. all the berner strains get ripped off?
