Honestly not very difficult to get things through from USA to China. You just need the right channels. I of course cannot endorse breaking any laws.

You only need to check the metal SGS reort will be OK.

Currently if you don’t mind the price, get some cartridges which made by Stainless Steel 304 or Stainless - Steel 316 , or a whole ceramic /glass cartridge.
