Not to be a negative ninny, but I was under the impression you can’t add actives like guarana to cannabis edibles. Am I wrong in this? I get it’s probably extremely low on the radar for enforcement but just curious what the consensus is… @Cassin thoughts?

I don’t see guarana in the active ingredients database. Looks like a self registered supplement to me.
Technically… at the federal level you cannot add any cannabis derived materials to a product which may be confused with food or a dietary supplement. They have been pretty specific about and sent out a dozen warning letters at this point.
This is not stopping people from making these products. Does enforcement even have the bandwidth, I don’t know that we know.
State programs are doing a bit more enforcing depending on the state.
Such is the way of things as we move in and out of the legalization effort.

We are aiming to make innovative products in an industry where every brand has the same approach / items for sale. The “bold” is venturing into various active compounds that are blended into each of our product styles: High & Mighty, Smooth & Groovy, and Dream Wave. “Unapologetic” will refer to our desire to keep offering good products, at an affordable price with a brand name that some will question. Got my Dream Wave gummies yesterday, ordered a bunch for myself and my employees. I am not an edible fan, even a little bit tends to make me super anxious, hence why i went with the dream waves.
I ate 4 pieces before bed last night and slept through the whole night which is rare for me. As for my employees, the consensus is they are some of the best tasting gummies we’ve had come through our lab, i agree.
Adding the non medicated was a very nice touch, everyone got a nice little snack today! Props!
