I suppose. The cookie breaks down with ease without too much “crumbling” loss during packaging. However, I will give it a go next time for kicks and giggles. I feel like breaking down a slab into 1200+ units prior to finishing is going to take forever.

We have a dispenser that does a reasonable job of getting 1g or 2g in a jar. Adjusting the volume slightly and dispensing before purge so each customer got a perfect cookie might be fun…
…and no I’m not gonna be in be in Vegas this year. Appreciate the thought though
