Not exactly, they released the full ceramic cartridge after coming to our factory studying many times, we made the first full ceramic cartridge in 2017

I’ve been in the vape game since like 2015, making shit out of modified flashlights. along the way, ccell has been the defacto high viscosity atomizer/cartomizer.
A large majority of my participation in this thread was being dumbfounded that people liken protecting your Intellectual property with snitching. It’s not. When you don’t get paid, or someone steals your shit, you enter into court proceedings you tend to lean people’s shit, and hold it up. Unfortunately the people that collect and do it wear a badge. No one is catching a charge, or going to jail. It ain’t snitching and people are fucking hilarious.

Its a form of it, its more shitty business practices then snitching but its a form of being a tattle tale instead of just upping your business marketing to sell more than your competitors.

Do yall do box mods now?
Nah. I made PWM LiPo mods for a few people which was in a box … I never really produced more than 100 units of each design. The ejuice went nation wide under a few different brand names though. Won best custard at Foxwoods that year too. Crouching tiger hidden dragon shi.

I got a pneumatic semi auto filler design I’ll sell you. Can crush any filler on the market. Tabletop, no squeezing or touching carts, peddle control. .5 -3g charging. 2/3 normal fill temp. Jacked the design from a 120ml filler from china I got off like joyfay, just made it way smaller.

That’s how vape really took off. Vaping has been around forever. Think about hitting your volcano in 1999.
It’s when we started breaking open the horribly made cartomizers and building our own mods and atomizers that people really started innovating the industry. Most off the market technology you see today was some ejuice wook in his basement.

The past 10 years I’ve seen so much more development in the vapes side of everything especially cannabis. I remember the stories and other shit about bad atomizers, bad hardware and batteries etc. most in part due to media wanting a scapegoat and poor manufacturing quality. It started getting better idk when exactly but in terms of availability, and knowledge behind how it works and how its built etc. around after 2015-2016 maybe then that whole vape epidemic crap with metals and cuts leaching and hurting people that was a big wake up call to the vapes industry. Imo after 2015 the biggest improvements in the industry happened and its more popular then ever.
Its cool to see we essentially started off old flashlights lol

I have literally seen about two dozen companies grow from 0 to about 20 million dollars in sales a month in vape disposables in the last three years. Including a few that crossed well over 50 million a month. Once the product is hot hundreds of small companies in China create fakes and destroy the market within a couple of months.
I have seen Sourin/Air bar go after these companies. Get folks arrested or cause damage by having the products seized here in the US or in China and largely be successful by changing the packaging unannounced.
This recently happened to Cake as well as the Delta 8 brand.
I have been to Smoore R & D facilities. They are impressive and I do remember recently someone who claimed to be one of the American guys in China…supposedly the owner of AVD be involved in a useless back and forth with me in another thread.
I would let this play out in courts where eventually whoever holds the actual rights will win. I support that. However, @AVID I thought AVD did their own original design and R & D.
From your post, it seems your claiming you guys are the factory owners and the actual owners of the brand which has been licensed.
Is AVD then at this point just a white label brand?
