it fills cartridges with any oil you put inside - I’m not sure what you mean by use the tags?

those are “tags” . they are (supposed to be) there to help folks find things (it’s a big place, lots of information).
exactly. it does NOT perform distillation. nor is is specific for CBD.
you selected “CBD” & “Distillation” as tags…which I would characterize as misdirection…not deliberate, but still not at all helpful for you or anyone else.
I added “Filler” and “filling”, and removed the spurious ones.
posting in the correct category, and tagging appropriately helps you get your post in front of your target audience, but making it (more) easily searchable.

is this a new or used machine?
do you have only one, or are you distributing these?
if it is a used machine, posting one image would have sufficed, so I’m guessing you’ve got more than one. In which case you might want to post under Vendors rather than in the classifieds.
