I use leaf kratom pretty regularly, Iā€™m not pro ban. This is a question of forum ethos and moderation, not a libertarian purity test

Why do you think a cannabis processing forum is the appropriate place to advertise semisynthetic opioids made from kratom?

Iā€™m not a consumer or advocate for kratom. Personally, I really dislike it and think it tastes terrible. I do believe that natural and regulated extracts should be legal, to help offset the opiate crisis. As mentioned earlier, many times, its way safer/better for society than rec. fent. I would not be surprised if we discover interesting medical benefits as well.

Yes. I think stupid is a harsh term, but ignorant is more appropriate. We willingly put all sorts of poisons into our body because ads say ā€œtrust me bro.ā€ We frequently see manufacturers and vendors on these forums who are knowingly selling harmful and deadly compounds to customers under false pretenses, misleading terminology, and manipulative marketing. Iā€™ve seen Dunning Krugers(Evil through stupid) and Adolph Hitlers(Evil through design.) So, who is to fix it? LOOK IN THE MIRROR BRO. We should take proactive measures to protect customers as we are either producers or closely tied to producers. Our actions reflect on all of us, and will have consequences for all of us. The better we self police, the less real police are needed.

Bingo. I think the method of advertising is important. Are we talking about making posts or site banners? I donā€™t see a problem taking money from legal kratom operations who want to advertise on a banner adā€¦ but I probably wonā€™t engage in a forum post and find them annoying.
