We used this unit in a hemp extraction facility for two years, unfortunately the hemp business did not make it so we are selling some of the excess equipment. Our loss is your gain if youre looking to upgrade. This is a Purpose built wiped film unit that puts the KD’s and VTA’s to shame. With the size of the unit it is really only for large scale operators , Minimum run amount should be 25- 35 liters at a time.
Wiper is almost 4ft tall. Separate terpene trap Makes 1st and 2nd pass easy. Cold trap can be run with ethanol and dry ice or solvent and a small immersion chiller. All motors and electronics Are UL certified which was an insane cost. 4 stage industrial vacuum set up which pulls consistent deep vacuum.
