I have a friend currently living in NJ who is wanting to come back out to the west coast (Oregon preferred) looking for work in this particular industry. He does already have an OLCC handlers permit and like many others is well versed in the industry and he has been involved long before certain legalizations.

He is currently in New Jersey but has housing available in Oregon, just does not want to come this way without having something solid set up.
