Hey folks- Through the last year of my life, Cannabis has changed things for me dramatically, and have been obsessively researching, learning, and experimenting with extraction methods. I have a background in retail and eCommerce entrepreneurship. I landed a couple gigs doing cartridge design and manufacturing, one for a well known hemp retailer. This has become my passion and I believe it to be my calling. I’m fascinated with the science and have to calm my brain down every night in order to go to sleep. I can’t stop reading and experimenting. In short, I’m driven. I recently was interviewed by a company one state over that has a locker full of hemp and a large CO2 system, but communication is slow. That was for a Product Development position and they did end up hiring me for a small order of cartridges, also designs for the packaging, and assembly. I have decided after making just over 4000 carts that I love this enough to find a position where I can create or apprentice at a large scale facility. I’m in Ohio, but am willing to travel and my wife supports my drive for this. I currently have a retail store here and am lining up my thoughts to prepare to step away in order to pursue my passion. Cannabis has replaced three pharmaceutical medications for me that weren’t working anymore on any levels. I have experience in a lot of different types of settings and have come to find that I have the perfect composite of learned skill sets for building a company and their brand. I have a basic working knowledge working with ethanol, hydrocarbons, and formulating products with various stages of refinement. If you know anyone who needs a passionate, obsessive, neurotic, creative , and medicates with a 2:1 CBD:THC ratio for pain and anxiety (I find this very effective to understand the medical consumer), well then DM me. I have currently applied for 3 other jobs in a 100 mi radius in the Ohio MMJ biz, but I feel like the experience would be very limited due to over-regulation and that would frustrate me.
