Seeking Consulting Small Indoor

I’m interested in some consulting. I have a small 4 lighter built out with all the bells and whistles and I’m stumped on my yields. Cannot seem to get over 1.5 a light and constantly running into issues if you check my most recent post seeking advice you can see pics of this run I feel is a complete bust. I’m tired of leaving money on the table, even being a small indoor room.

Room specs:

  • 82+ degrees through veg and weeks 1-5 post flip
  • dropping temps and humidity later flower
  • vpd staying in range per growth period ~1.2-1.6
  • peak ppfd capable of ~1200, push plants as far as I seem to be able to based on how they look
  • check runoff ph/ec daily for keeping in range, hand flush when necessary
  • media ec stays in range of 3-8 depending on how plants burning looks and run off ec/ph checks
  • generative drybacks stretch/ flush
  • co2 ~300 above ppfd full time
    Should be basically all the general info

Room specs:

  • 4x growers choice 680s
  • co2 supplementing
  • Trolmaster for equipment control
  • Growlink PIC for irrigation + climate sensor to constantly recalibrate trolmaster sensor
  • quest 110
  • 2x teros 12s for media monitoring and automated irrigation controls
  • 2x .5pgh emitters per pot
  • adequate pressure at lines 40+ psi never have clogs
  • drip hydro powdered line + powersi
  • powersi + Athena ipm foliar
  • 1 gal coco quick fills
  • 12 plants per light

It sure sounds like you are off to a good start. What strain/strains are you growing? Are you starting from seed or clone? How long are you letting them veg before flipping?

Pounds per light sounds good but I think it should be more about what is your cost per gram to produce your product. I’ve seen people pull 2 a light but their efficiency was poor and a lot of money out the window. HVAC is a good place to look at when you are trying to calculate it all.
