Still underway at the moment.
Also worth noting this is for Illinois, Massachusetts & New York operations only & it’s only select assets. So Cresco will still have a Sunnyside in Williamsburg despite Combs now operating the Cannabist in Brooklyn Heights.

He is buying a few divested states. Columbia care has too many licenses to merge with cresco according to some state regulations. Diddy is buying a few vertical integrations on the east coast from Columbia care. If they don’t divest those they can not be aquired by Cresco.

Pretty sure Cresco inhaled Columbia Care here in VA. Was at a dinner on Monday night with some folks from Columbi-Cresco while it wasn’t directly brought up, it was pretty obvious.

No official integration starts until the beginning of the year at the earliest. Until then Columbia care and cresco are completely separate everywhere still.
