We are scaling our packaging operations and looking for any techniques to implement to scale packaging diamonds/thca, wax, batter, shatter, and sugar type consistencies efficiently and effectively. All I can think of is a squirt bottle filled with the product and dispensing it from there.
Any tips, pointers, or ideas?
Peristaltic pump might be an option for the more liquidy stuff. Easy to replace the tubing between product lots, doesn’t require much upkeep
I’m thinking more along the lines of scaling up gramming sugar or batter or shatter or diamonds.
Filling carts we have dialed in so its more so on the concentrate category items.

Thats what I meant. That machine can supposedly proccess thca. Have them boys try and demo filling your jars for you
