Scales for sub-zero/cryo weighing activities

My team has recently acquired a reefer sea-can for fresh frozen cannabis storage and pre-extraction prep (milling and sock packing). We are currently utilizing a basic ULINE floor scale for weighing inside the freezer. We have noticed there is some fluctuation between values when the scale gets cold, and we are wanting something that can continuously provide accurate readings. The sea-can sits around -30 celsius. Does anyone have experience with a similar situation? Seems like there is nothing out there in terms of freezer scales. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

We run into the same issue when trying to weigh out full melt hash.

One idea is go old school and throw it on a triple beam.

Great point.

This would probably get the job done.

Cardinal Detecto 4520 350 lb. Platform Bench Scale?

Bonus: no electrickery required, so it’s a much easier add to a reefer truck (@thesk8nmidget)

Until the moisture in the air gets on the scale and it freezes, I’d almost bet that would cause more issue than a typical load cell floor scale.
