Save on solvent costs by packing kief columns with the Resinator

Save on costly solvents and valuable processing time by running kief columns. Sift your material in 30 minutes at cryogenic temperatures with the Resinator. We have demonstrated less than 1% remaining cannabinoid content on sifted material, allowing you to increase your lab’s throughput by packing sift/kief columns instead of raw cannabis. This is an absolute lifesaver and will help you get the throughput you need, while reducing solvent costs as well. Grab a Resinator today and watch how quickly it pays for itself!

But when u pack a column of kief, what’s the efficiency? In my experience the kief needs to be mixed into trim

Have you done this personally?

I don’t think this will work like you want it to…

I have done it. And might do it today. I guess I could collect some data. Maybe for a free resinator…

Yes, it works great to dial up production. I would just do a longer soak than usual and made sure not to pack it tight.

And how do you do that when the positive pressure packs the column for you?

When you are loading the column with material dont tamp it down.

When the positive pressure hits the column, you can hear the material compressing

Pack your column halfway with packing material. Stainless wool or pro-pak
