Hello in Germany there are now many many people selling Hash plates as Frozen and static but its still some kind of normal Hasch. It is not fresh frozen and not even cool stored.
Do this wave of hasch come from the us?
Or Marroko just rebranded and made a bit better Hasch?

A lot of it is probably marketing. Static and fresh frozen have become buzzwords, so some sellers use those labels even when the product doesn’t match the traditional definitions.
True fresh frozen hash is made from cannabis that was frozen immediately after harvest, and true static sift is a specific dry-sift refinement technique. You can’t really tell if something is either just because it’s sold as static frozen.
From what I’ve seen, a lot of the hash in Europe is still Moroccan, with some producers adopting newer techniques and modern branding. There are also imports and genetics influenced by the U.S., but that do not mean every static or frozen plate is made the same way.
