Running less solvent on low yeilding material?

If your running material that is low yielding, does it make sense to run less solvent per lb?

Or is the standard ratio still needed to pull it out even though it low in cannabinoids.

There’s a few variables at play. But all extraction is based on diminishing returns. Nobody gets 100% efficiency, most people end up at 85-95% pending on many factors.

In theory, obviously you need less solvent for less cannabinoids. But the variable that would first need isolating is whether or not your current system runs its solvent near capacity. Then work backwards from there.
