You’ve also posted two photos, both of darker colored hash. Nothing of heads. Nothing of a mechanical separation. What you have posted literally looks the same as if I were to just whip a jar of heads till it mends together, then whipped it some more to break apart the hash. The first photo, looks like blowout rosin or just oxidized hash.

I’ve never heard of 5-6 star that’s not solventless.
Folks playing around w the terminology. Prob harmless your intent…
