It’s descheduling, not legalization. It’s a handout to “Big Weed” and “Big Pharma” who are in with politicians. It will be worse quality weed for higher prices because of taxes if this dumb legislation has a chance to pass.

You think cannabis and hemp will get it’s own 21CFR
chapter if legalized? Or would it fall into 110 or 210/211?

I’m advocating for a new branch of the FDA to handle cannabis - if the FDA handles it at all (looking like maybe be handled like alcohol, which is not under FDA in this way).
That’s what this new draft bill says - the FDA would only step in if its being marketed as a drug product - all other uses would not be under them. Which would be A LOT better than what’s happening to CBD products and other hemp derivatives right now.
