Realize the distillation separation of terpenes

50L decarboxylation reaction kettle can realize the distillation and separation of terpene substances under 200Pa. No-load vacuum can reach 10PA.

  1. First preheat the material in a jar to ensure good fluidity.
  2. Use a vacuum to suck in the material or use a peristaltic pump to pump in the material or open the solid feed port and pour it in directly.
  3. Turn on the vacuum pump and adjust the valve until the vacuum value stabilizes at the operating vacuum.
  4. Set the temperature of the heating circulator (the heater connected to the jacket of the kettle), and set the temperature of the chiller. Slowly heat the material to the evaporation temperature, and make sure that the chiller has reached the condensing temperature before approaching the evaporation temperature (usually this is no problem).
  5. After the distillation is completed, remove the negative pressure and heat the refrigeration circulator, and discharge the material.

First, get your hte real hot to ensure its liquid

I laughed really hard at that

Based on the pictures, I’ve got this critter, or something VERY similar in design & form factor.

No way we’re pulling usable terpenes from it during decarb.

Got it running yesterday, so no opinions on functionality or build quality yet.

heat above 250F

Yes there’s def no way.
