Need a replacement for my re501 vac release valve.
Also my boss let the water bath run dry this weekend. How bad is this?

I have 4 exactly like that. I have 1 spare ptft one, and a used glass one. I got them from david at usalab. I think they are only 21.00 w/free ship. That route would be cheaper than me, I’d have to charge shipping.

The above pic you posted is ptfe. I have a glass version vs ptfe. Imo, the glass leaks.

Fixing it seems unnecessary. They seem to be cheap enough to replace.
