Well it is the New Orleans Police department that is notoriously corrupt to its core, so I’m I’m guessing some evidence room cops are definitely stealing some and blaming it on the rats. All you got to do is see which cops are living Way beyond their means such as driving $150,000 cars sending their kids to private schools the cost $20,000 a year wearing rolexes etc etc.
