Indeed, olcc put out a bulletin about it a while ago. If you Google “olcc delta 8” you can find their ppt on it where they go over their regs in plain speak.
Basically per olcc rules, any licensee may not convert cannabinoids or sell them… And same applies for ODA licenses. Kind of makes sense to me that they wanted you to grow /sell an agricultural commodity and not synthetic goop.
Also I think it is fine for labs to compliance test it but not for producers to transfer… But not sure how it would get into metrc in the first place.
