given the serial number is here,I would guess the answer is no, but I’ve definitely seen tanks from more than one manufacturer with two tags

These are Purges first round of “ASME” equipment when they asked for ASME and the Chinese Manufacturer sent them “ASME” plaques welded on non ASME certified vessels.
