You cannot compare this to dabbing off a torch rig. That will get you bigger clouds anyday. The problem is that cloud is wasted product and if not watching temps properly you end up smoking benzene. I swear I can taste it on a hot dab. An oddball sweet taste comes out of no where. The puffco is a whole other animal.
Next time I see you letās try and get yours to connect to my phone and see if mine will connect to yours. Iād happily trade you if it worked out for us both.
The app acts the same way for me.
Iāve had a pearl in from the beginning. Running on white doesnāt do it for me at all. I have decent lung capacity, and it takes the full heat cycle and 3-4 lung fulls to consume a dab. Iām not the guy to worry about loss of target compounds in an exhausted cloud. Iāve got infinity dabsā¦theyāre unending. Iām just trying to get a little highā¦
I know how it is to not be satisfied with the way a device hits. I have been through a few. I usually dab .1 each hit on a normal sesh and will do less in between bigger dabs. If I put .1 in the puffco it will deliver me mild vape the whole time. If I dont hold it in for 20 seconds I will have a decent exhale cloud. I understand it is a tolerance thing. You might just need to get shotguns from a gorilla smoking a 10g disty blunt. You might get high than. I hate having a high tolerance. Its hard to smoke a doob of anything and be satisfied.
Got the unit talking to an old Samsung j3 or something. It worked enough to max out the temp setting on one profile and have another at 575. I have the time set to 40 seconds and now and was able to use the rig and watch the temp increase. It vibrated at 400 and some odd degrees saying it was ready and took another 15 seconds to get to 600 degrees which is when I dropped my dab in the bucket. Got a proper rip. Took a second with the 575 heat setting with a smaller dabā¦maybe a .1 and it did ok. Iāll survive now that these heat settings are loaded into the unit.
I load the thing cold, close the cap and turn it on. If I were to drop a dab in after it warms up than I would have to wait longer to hit it. Try loading it cold. It melts into a nice puddle. With the cap on your not really losing any smoke during warm up. This device is not supposed to be warmed up dry either. It takes the little residue left in the cup and kinda taints it up and than the taste is awful for every hit until you clean it with iso. My buddy works at the smoke shop so he gave me a huge run down of the in and outs and it has help me from the start. He said NEVER hit it dry or after it was dry and I learned after I got that taste. I load her cold and wipe her down after every hit. Tastes like a fresh hit each time. Dude said the only people he sells extra atomizers to are people that use high settings. I noticed I created a minor burn spot when I tried red for a few times. All I noticed was it killed the flavor a bit.
So where can I find decent travel glass for my Pro? Thereās some other stuff Iād like to get to but is there a place I can get it cheaper than from their website
Amazon. They are like $25
Colorful Peak Glass Attachment Amazon.com
Can you give me some measurements on one of these? Iām curious how 3d printed TPU would work
Thanks Brother!
I checked eBay and wasnāt coming up with anything
I just figured out to put it in the freezer to clean it haha
I never got around to ordering one - I might now that you reminded me
As a heads up to @Killa12345 , @FicklePickle & anyone else frustrated with shitty tethers, these guys will be back in stock on 12.20.
Youāve got to try the ispire Daab. Best. Rig.Ever.
The vapor doesnāt come in contact with anything but glass. No atomizer to rebuild constantly and itās easy to use. I love mine.
We got a free puffco a while back and it sat in the box for 6 months before we tried it. I think I kinda like this thing.
I seen these but havenāt heard any real reviews, I think I might try one. How is it to clean?
Easy. So easy. There is no goo except on glass. I put it all in my ISO wash and Iām good to go. Seriously easy
Still love my dabber switch. Same deal, induction heating with no swapping elements and a quartz bucket.
Interesting. Will have to give it a look. How extensively have you used it? Assuming itās along the same lines as the functionality with their wand.
Iām using it right now
