I’ve wanted to get one of these erigs for a bit now, but the customer service stories are a huge red flag for me for both of these items.

Edit: personally I’m happy with my v5 from divine tribe and will look into getting their new erig when I comes out in January.

Fairly certain @VoodooExtracts1 is referring to Puffco as I know he’s got at least one Peak Pro, but I could be wrong. I’m also hesitant with Ispire after the whole @Vape_Better scenario left a bad taste in my mouth.

The way they treated our man @Liam84 was fucked up for sure. He came and put in a lot of work and let us all drill him with questions then ‘Luna’ came and tried to eat his lunch. He kinda hinted at more bs as well.

With your (and many of our) inclination towards tinkering, you should really consider a Divine Tribe V5 if you’re hitting walls with the Peak Pro/Switch. You can rebuild & troubleshoot your way through with much less hassle.
Only noting this if your needs are different than mine in terms of travel since it will take a bit of breakdown/cleaning/drying/rebuilding before lengthy flights. It’s phenomenal for stateside travel & I’m sure @pdxcanna, @Curious_Roberto or any of the other members who use it can help get you settled.
EDIT: Also tagging @cyclopath since I felt like I remembered his wife enjoyed Divine Tribe’s offerings & might not know about the new atomizer/“micro ceramic diffuser.”

Only really need one for convenience parts. They have 14mm bubbler attachments that’ll fit with silicone adapters or GonG adapters that’ll go over the atomizer.
That’s what I use since I don’t have a fancy rig or anything. 
Everything else comes down to getting a decent mod with batteries from a reliable vendor. You’re likely using 18650s out of a battery pack, so just make sure you buy reputable & use an external charger. You’d also need a Windows OC if you’d like to run Arctic Fox on the mod which makes operation much more fluid by adding a customizable, extended autofire instead of having to pulse on top of a bevy of other options.
Again, get at me or any of the other guys for mod recommendations since the PACT Act is getting everyone’s panties in a bunch for the most part.
I’ll also say that @VoodooExtracts1 runs beautifully through it- live resin, sugar & badder. Diamonds are spot on too. Obviously got to dial it down temp-wise for rosin when I snag some of @SubstituteCreature & @TheWillBilly, but

Agreed. Nothing but problems since Luna took over, although she was nice enough to deal with she never really helped get results when we had issues with defective units.
