We bought Ethanol, but this enthanl smells like hand sanitizer. Can we use this for extraction?

i wouldnt; but you could; i mean people extract coke with gas 
but just because you can doesnt mean you should
make some hand sanitizer with it and get some real ethanol

@Shepard9 I’ll go ahead and say this is almost certainly a horrible extraction solvent, it’s got a bittering agent in it.
710 Spirits is one of the most commonly used denatured ethanol companies.

You should use ethanol denatured with N-heptane

Sounds like someone go the “agave” alcohol this stuff always smells of tequila to me.
