@GreenMachine_Consult offered to come out and do a quick inspection before I went with the peer review. I’ll probably end up doing that and also going with usama at xtractor depot.

I was quoted 7500 for the stamp and 3000 for the field review, there is also a 1000 charge for travel outside of California
