Highly doubt anyone is interested in paying 150k-250k especially used. Maybe for the full lab + license + grounds. Give it three years after the hemp ban and you might get somewhere closer
It’s a fairly large package, also includes the following (see below). But I am interested to see how the used market pans out after the ban is in total effect. I agree that prices will start to creep back up.
And just like all used equipment, everything is negotiable. More interested in putting it in a facility that needs it rather than collects dust, or worse, gets trashed….
