Ending communication and blaming all issues on the customer is great service lol

I’m glad you brought this up. I was just about to buy 4 liters from this guy. I think I’ll get 8 liters now.

How much to convert it

Wise decision. Speaking of, I believe tre said their preferred method of payment is wire transfer however I opted to use credit on PayPal, interesting it gives 180 day customer protection plan.

you bought 2l, won’t test it, won’t send it back to be tested, and want a full refund?

No. 2 orders. By the time I got complaints about the first order the second had been placed. Upon receipt of the second order I opened one to verify complaints by trying to take a dab. Craziest dab, would not try again and no one is asking for more.

Immediately contact Tre day of, only offer was for me to send them back and get a replacement. Refund was not offered despite requesting repeatedly after opening one jar and taking a dab. Not even for the other 3 unopened, still in packaging.

I only filed for a refund when Tre ended commutations and refused to honestly address my concerns/issues aside from placing blame on me.

I should have taken action sooner but figured this would be the type of response I would get here.

I had 2 orders, both came with a coa… He claims I’m the only one with an issue and replacing the bottles with ones that also have a coa is the only solution he can offer until today, after I filed.

People had issues with both orders containing a coa, but I’m sure another one will fix it. Also, my weed is 38% thc. Crazy I know.

Also Tre has continually tried to place blame on me for improper storage. I went through the paperwork for both orders and there isn’t even a suggestion that apparently their liters need special care

I offered to send it in for us to test and I would swap it out in the meantime. I wanted to show him there was nothing wrong with the product for his specific liters if he didn’t already believe the batch COA. If there was anything wrong with the liter upon tested I would have happily refunded or swapped for a new batch. We ship out a bunch of liters on a daily basis and you’re the first customer that has brought any of this to our attention. If you don’t send it in for us to test or out for testing yourself there’s nothing I can really. Everybody else seems to be pleased with the liters they have received and if they aren’t then I guess they just haven’t made that clear

Thought you went to bed and were going to talk to papa tomorrow

Lol because those COAs claiming 95?% d8 really proved how great the quality of their tested liters are….

Also a COA dated nearly 2 months prior to sale???

Don’t forget to mention the part where you ordered that at the end of May and are just reaching out about it today.

Don’t forget that part where you never offered a refund for unopened product the day of receiving and kept disregarding my complaints with an offer of ANOTHER coa. Seems you back those coas more than the oil, maybe just my take.

The complaints on the second order were raised from day 1. Let’s not confuse that.

After hours of back and forth about a refund, your one and only offer was exchange for replacement, which I don’t want due to a number of issues raised… Now you attempt to spin the narrative that months later I’m crying for a full refund, when initially that was never the plan. I popped the box open today to see if I could find a use, and I decided to see how you wanted to handle it in private. Disregard, blame shift, and end communication until PayPal basically forced your hand.

Like how you pass blame on me for improper storage (room temp lol) but you take no responsibility for educating consumers on proper storage? You toss around these words like ā€œimproperly storedā€ yet I’m unaware of what your definition of this is. Should I have kept it in the freezer? Is the storage procedure very complex?

No explanation for what the weird condensation ABOVE the oil line, just that it’s my fault for not accepting the replacement and improperly stored. Yet the improper storage only caused issues with one of the remaining 2? Assuming I managed to accidentally open the bottle with all the tape and bubble wrap- why is the condensate oily? It’s not humidity condensed on the glass. So your accusation of me opening the bottle doesn’t make sense.

Couldn’t upload the whole video. I have one of me removing from the L, putting directly in a ss cup on hot plate, then again with a jar, then again in a water bath after he claimed isomerization. He said these are all bubbles/impossible to tell from pic/vid, and that’s about the time of a replacement order so they could do an analysis and send over another batch with a COA- just like this batch had, which is why I asked for a full refund initially as only one was open in order to see if cbda would crystallize. I’d love to hear other explanations aside from Tre claiming they are all bubbles

First and second order, 10 days apart has the exact same COA. I have a screenshot of Tre saying they test on a weekly basis, hence his emphasis on returning. Another thing is it appears that it’s all sloppily photocopied as some borders are cut off despite being the same forum. ā€œThis is for informational testing and is not compliance testingā€ is cut off one COA but not the other, colors look sus.

Btw the lab, from the little I know, is located a little over 1,000 miles away, doesn’t take calls only voicemails and emails, and has yet to verify anything like Tre said like he claimed they would.

Wonder why:
