I’m tryin to start from bho crude. I wanna use enzyme powder an carbon in my pre process method. Only using ethanol for a solvent right now. Was wondering a good method. So far I’m thinkin winterize- enzyme- winterize- roto- hot carbon scrub- winterize- roto- decarb- distill. Any lnput to a better method?
This seems overly complicated, what is the goal?
BHO implies butane as the initial solvent, so I am guessing you are saying that you are only wanting to use ethanol for winterization?
butane has very good selectivity for cannabinoids and terpene(oids) with little affinity for waxes (which is the target of winterization), so winterizing a BHO crude three times seems uncalled for and very time consuming with little payoff.
Are you going to decarb?
Can you tell us what the end goal is and maybe provide some pictures of the crude?
