I have personal experience with C02 THCa isolation. I’ve gotten c02 to 98% Purity using my tech but the yield percentage was garbage. I usually see 40-60% returns but on c02 it was 2 - 15%.
I believe it is too hydrous and the water becomes counter intuitive to acidic separation. Just my theory.
I’ve been wanting to experiment with long term dehydration without breaking off that carboxyl group
