@moveweight I’m not on here like I use to be so I’m not sure the fellas work you have mentioned. I’m sure you have seen your fair share of this industry so I know will put the pieces together. Never forget you went through a gaurnlet for this opportunity so don’t be so naive in giving up equity initially. let people show there worth before committing. Personally in your position I would structure bonuses based upon leadership and problem solving cognitive. Numbers will come with great leadership. If you take the typical performance quota you will create an undesirable workplace.

Then I’d have no work lol but never hand out your SOPS or the key equipment needed to perform them,but for a position like this you can definitely expect to to provide a basic rough buildout to give a good idea of how your lab will run what your overhead costs will look like, how much biomass is required, what products you’ll be producing and how much you need to sell to cover cost ect. If your not willing to show atleast a basic level of commitment/interest to their plan/dream then you can’t expect them to take you seriously and include you with such an awesome opportunity
