Porcelain Glazed Funnels?

Looked everywhere on the forums, could not find an answer on this. Can Glazed porcelain funnels pollute oil while filtering after extraction? Could ethanol eat at it?

I’m gonna go with a qualified “should be fine”.

Assuming it was commercially produced for chemistry use.

If your niece made it at school, and you’re running citric acid, all bets are off.

It shouldn’t but the question becomes “is the funnel glazed on the inside too”?

Ive never had any issue with my Coors Tech funnels, but I would recommend don’t buy cheap.
