Poor Customer Service

I would like lots of the fellow members advice/opinions…
I have a consultation client who i took on in last month or so. They purchased a 40lb 710snob bho CLS from… you guessed it 710SNOB.

Other then the cost of a completely outfitted system, there was an installation fee & consultation fee for 5 days.

Long story short, the CLS had at least $2-3K of fittings missing & there was no response or accountability for the installation/consultation. The 710 consultant never came, showed up or communicated that he was not or was going to. Just nothing.

So thats where i came into play and began to pick up the pieces.

I have reached out to the owner of 710snob to communicate whats been happening, he said he would reach out and yet has not at all.

I would like to help my client get their money back from the services they were not provided.

Anyone have the main contact for the owner of 710snob with a forsure way to get a hold of him.

They are notoriously hard to reach. I wish you luck. Someone here knows the owner personally I’m sure…
