My 8 week old polyscience 7L chiller is telling me the fluid level is low, when it’s not. I’ve flushed the dynalene and even replaced it with just regular water and got the same notification and the chiller wont operate. I called the manufacturer and they weren’t the greatest help basically said send the unit in and wait a couple months to get it back. Has anyone else had this problem with the chiller?
I’ve not purchased from these guys, nor used their repair service, but I have had really great interactions with their technician in Springfield. Swapped some salvaged galdens for salvaged SSRs.
