We are closing our facility and no longer need this unit. It’s a solid fiberglass and insulation unit on a steel frame, not the usual panel type unit. This can be set outside and still remain at the proper temp, we had it running between -35 and-40 for the last 5 years with no issue holding temp.

A new compressor was installed about a year before we stopped using the unit.

There are plenty of services in the areas, like Dunkel Bros who i believe could load it up and move it.

Is this running on 3 phase or 220

The keeprite refrigeration unit is 3 phase 50 amp 220v I believe

any idea what the roof unit will go for?

Probably around 2k, but we have to wait for Edison before we can remove it.

I would do a package deal of $4, 500 for both the Polar king freezer and keeprite refrigeration unit.

I have a partner looking to grab this by next week. Just need to setup a vehicle to come grab it with and can come take down and take care of payment.

It is in our storage building ready to be picked up. You will need a forklift to load the box and the keeprite unit.

Just a reminder the box is a solid unit and doesn’t come apart.
