A tailored genetic approach; perhaps a gene drive such as that suggested for taking out mosquitoes would be a better approach imo.

Makes sense… A few years ago in Napoli there was a report of packs of mafia dogs forming on junkjards terrorising citizens…
Not sure id its true but its funny how nature works even in the most unnatural abominations man was creator
