Selling 2 FDA compliant food-grade sanitary diaphragm pumps. Compatible with ethanol and polar alcohols and crude miscella/alcohol mixtures. These pumps are pneumatically operated and can be electrically grounded for safety. Perfect for use in C1D1 environments. You can use them to move solvent safely or even for post-extract pumping. The Saniforce 515 use a standard 1.5" triclamp sanitary connections. Maximum flow rate is listed as 15gpm but it’s about 13gpm in practice, up to 100psi operating pressure. If you want, I can rebuild the diaphgrams with PTFE rebuild kit so they will be compatible with non-polar solvents, or you can do it yourself. I love these pumps because they are workhorses that can easily be repaired from kits once they are worn down. The only thing missing from these are the mufflers.
Also available, the “big dawg” Graco Saniforce 1040 air-operated pump with muffler. I haven’t refurbished that one yet but I will for anyone interested. Asking $3500 for that (retail is $4000-4600). That has a flowrate up to 40gpm at 120psi. Same benefits: alcohol compatible and perfect for C1D1 environments.
