Couldn’t find any study that compares the effect of MF or EMF between diploid vs polyploid populations in the same species. What a shame.
Did however find a recent paper (2019) that discusses inducing polyploid in cannabis plants.

There was a huge ‘push’ a couple months ago in the fungi community. Some claimed faster larger pin sets but less potent fruits.
